With over 20 years of extensive experience and application
of Mindfulness and Compassion, the tutors pride themselves on offering a range
of courses to suit everyone, whether they are new to Mindfulness or have been
experiencing the benefits for many years.
MindfulnessUK offers the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training Programme and the Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice Qualification (IMCPP), accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body.
They have recently launched the Alumni membership which offers all Graduates the opportunity to benefit from being part of a growing Mindfulness community, and in addition they support all graduates with a substantial Continuous Professional Development (CPD) offer, which includes workshops, retreats and supervision, and are now partnered with City University to offer all graduates the opportunity to research their work for free
To extend their reach into the community, MindfulnessUK have developed Minding Your Health in Education, a Mindfulness and Compassion Wellbeing Programme for Teaching and Support Staff, Children and Young People. This is being well received in primary, secondary and SEN schools as well as CAMHS in the South West.
MindfulnessUK is a Member of the UK Network of Mindfulness-based Teacher Training Organisations. Our Trainers adhere to the Good Practice Guidelines of Trainers and we encourage the Teachers we train to adhere to the Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness-Based Teachers and Trainers.R
